After hanging about some hybrid cities eating their food and making sure I was converted hybrid enough. I showed myself to Ra at the lab in Los Lore to try to get this over with. He did not know who I was and I didn't think telling him would convince him to give me the serum. He did seem interested in the bug, it WAS a good conversation starter.

It was the likes he never seen and it fascinated him.

It was hard not to like him, but then I remember what he did to Bane and Dawn and then I really didn't

He was quite the talker, mostly about himself so I realized a few weeks in the city he didn't really have the serum on this location. It was ONLY on the main hive.
It was a bit of a slip up to mention BANE was on the Main Hive that's why it needed to be kept there. In a room..

I try to stay focused on Jean's mission, but It didn't sit well with me and I didn't see a problem in trying to free Bane if I am in the right place at the right time - with the serum of course.

It might be important to see Bane after all, see how debilitating the serum is. After all it neutralize two Starkers and one is dead now! I think of Dawn.

Would it make Jean too weak? Was it more then a species change?

Spike saw me at the lab and that was it for a easy time. Given what happened here last time I guess his reaction was justified and maybe I could have been..nicer.
Either way his tests if I was still infected by the entity of this world was very painful. He came to the confusion I wasnt infected by the same force and it did get me onto the main hive.
I was never left alone, never a moment to even catch rumors of Bane being here or any serum.

Maybe a Starker would talk about it? Someone traumatized from their dead family member? I was told about a party and hoped I could talk to someone other then the guards, the Prince and Princess's posse. I was glad Ugly,  Jean's bug was back at Los Lore with Ra. Spike would have killed the poor thing because of me.

I haven't been here that long and still trust was not earned. Prince Micha has been surprisingly nice to me. I cant tell if he has altertire motives or truly is acting in the name of friendship.

Didn't I ruin that beyond repair or was he just pitying me since it technically wasnt my fault if I was controlled by some alien entity possessing our classmate...

He was carelessly lax about the whole thing, Spike would never forgive me.

Carly was a whole other problem entirely.

(Micah): "What do you think?" He asks gesturing to the window. I get up from the chair by the fireplace to see a snowy pictorial view of the castle grounds. It wasnt there this morning.

"Snow machine?"

(Micah): "Yes! This planet doesn't make its own white Christmass..I got a hold of a weather machine once on a conquest you know an-.."

"How do you celebrate in the Kingdom now?" I ask trying not to think of moments from our childhood in Atlantis. Micah only was appreciative of the human holidays thanks to Bane probably. He always tried to give us kids a good time, distract us from what was going on.

... didnt really help in the end did it...

His look changes and Carly lets out a mischievous giggle.

(Carly): "its a surprise,  I want to see your face.."

I cant imagine what they could be doing that it would be personal?

(Micah): "My father will be back,  I vouched for you Jay try not to let me down.." He gives me quite a look that he must have been holding back all this time.

I almost did not want to betray him for Jean or Bane.. but I push it away.

With the return of the Main Hive I was NOT looking forward to Michal but the possibility the serum was there

(Carly): "Your free to roam the castle, its Christmas after all.." I watch her wondering if she'd stay after he left to really talk - but she doesn't.

I take my chances and happily ditch the gaurd to go down into the courtyard where some guests were already. I notice more setting up was being done. A stage.

I look surprised at Landon, I wonder who Flax's kid was?

I eye around.

... maybe him, he looks like a dumbass.

I see Jace trying to find to set up a karaoke machine in the most obnoxious loud mouth sounds between singing/humming.

I am asked about my outfit and decide to try to stick with them, maybe I can learn a little about what happened to Bane and Dawn when they took Ra's serum.

"I just got release from my holding room, so I dont have anything... any ideas? For an old friend?" I suck up.

"You'd know whats in style after all.."
